Hang Guide – A new publication by PANArt
Those clients who currently visit the Hangbauhaus to choose a Free Integral Hang get a brochure with the title “Hang Guide”. The Hang makers Felix Rohner and Sabina Schärer wrote down a few thoughts from their trove of experience to make the access to playing the Hang easier. Essential aspects of the Hang and of playing it are addressed in order to encourage and support individual explorations for the sound sculpture. There are explanations to the Free Integral Hang and its sentiment to tuning, to the art of tuning by PANArt in addition to a few practical tips.
Because this introduction to free Hang playing is also useful for playing a second-generation Hang (2006-2007) or an Integral Hang (2008-2009), PANArt has decided to publish a PDF of this brochure in the Hang Library.
It is published in four different languages: Englisch, German, French and Italian.

This instrament is in my heART the sound current of Peace. I have been dreaming have being a caretaker for this instrament ever since I was able to play it in a ceremony. Please guide me to whom and where I sign up on “the list” i’ve heard about. And I would like to write a letter. For ceremonial purpose.
blessings!

Hi Tara Shorey,
there isn’t a list where you can sign up. If you want to acquire a Hang you have to write a letter to PANArt. NOT an e-mail! Read the recently published information by PANArt in the Hang Library and consider carefully whether the Free Integral Hang really is what you are looking for. The address you will find in several publications by PANArt.
