Thank you for mentioning the CD I made for the Oreade label by the name of Earth Chakras. Unfortunately when you click on the cd the link goes to the wrong site. I would be happy if you could repair that to www.oreade.com. Also on myspace/earthchakra there is more info about the album and on www.soundclick.com/musicforhang there is a lot of freely downloadable Hang music.

According to a comment on YouTube the track Falling Away with You by Muse on the ABSOLUTION album supposedly uses Hang for the first verse.
Sadly Amazon doesn’t have a taste of the first verse, so I can’t confirm it.

The Oreade album by the title of Earth Chakras is bringing me around - I had the honour to perform solo Hang (and video record) while playing before and in between the presentation of Dan Millman. The clips are on youtube.
The other unforgettable event was to play solo Hang for over an hour while Dr.Deepak Chopra was sitting on the edge of the stage just taking time to listen, speak, greet and make a personal comment in books for the seemingly endless row of people who were part of the audience for his lecture in Amsterdam.
The performance before and in between that event are registered and released on CD available at Oreade.com.

Another “one-off” Hang track is “Old Fools Game” from Gongs “Acid Motherhood” cd. Don’t expect any other Hang niceities on this album though as it’s a bit noisy!
