The Day Church Bells Became Aware Of Their Profane Hearts And Decided Not To Sing For The Glory Of God Any Longer

My minimalistic recording studioToday I realisized a piece of music I had in mind for several months. For the recording I used a small digital voice recorder hanging 15 cm over the hang’s surface. Afterwards I utilized Power Lame to convert the wma file of the voice recorder into a wav file. Then I cut it with WaveLab Lite, a pretty little program being part of Steinberg’s Cubasis VST, and added a bass boost. Finally the wav file was converted into mp3 with Power Lame. In view of this minimalist “studio technique”, the sound quality of the recording seems not good but passably satisfying.

“The Day Church Bells Became Aware Of Their Profane Hearts And Decided Not To Sing For The Glory Of God Any Longer” is a piece of program music and follows the idea of minimal music.

The Hang Internet Index

Zur deutschen Version dieses Artikels

The list was last updated on January 6th, 2009

I’ve intended this Internet Directory to be the most complete listing of existing Internet resources on the Hang. The inclusion of a page in this directory says nothing about the reliability of the information offered. However the listed sources are ones that are considered of informational value. If you have a Website for inclusion in this directory, please send an e-mail with that information.

The language codes (using ISO 639-1) (cs) Czech, (de) German, (en) English, (es) Spanish, (fr) French, (hu) Hungarian, (it) Italian, (lt) Lithuanian, (nl) Dutch, (pt) Portuguese, (tr) Turkish, (zh) Chinese indicate the language of Web pages, not their geographical location. Listings withno words indicate the sites are predominantly photo based and are considered valuable enough that the native language skills are not required. PDF documents are marked withPDF.
