I think you talk about the domes of the tone fields in the circle. Yes, they are oval or elyptical. The Ding is the central dome. The ding isn&#039;t oval. Also the Gu isn&#039;t oval on the first generation and second generation Hanghang. However the new Integral Hang has a slightly oval Gu.</description>
